Hey all. This is, of course, the fourth edition the The BBS List. There are 304 phone numbers on this list-- a rather large rise from edition #3. However, since there are a several multi-node boards, I'd say that there are about 280 individual BBS's. Thanks very much to all who have contributed, and keep those BBS's rolling in!
Questions? Comments? Suggestions? Let me know at one of the addresses on the last page. Also, if you have a BBS or three you want posted on the list, see the last page of this document.
Since I can't afford to verify most of the BBS's on this list, if you discover any of the BBS's listed here are permanently inactive, please contact me with the name and phone number. The same applies for BBS's carrying pirated software for download or conducting any other illegal activities. BBS's with "Adult" files are okay.

Any BBS that is listed as 9600 baud or higher is either v.32 or Dual Standard unless noted otherwise.

This month's changes:
- InterNet: I will be posting this list ONLY to alt.bbs.lists. I will be posting messages about it in many other newsgroups, however. If you do not have access to the alt.bbs.lists newsgroup, then I will be more than happy to mail you a copy. Thanks to Roy Silvernail for his suggestions regarding distribution.
- To AMERICA ON-LINE USERS: I log on to America Online only a few times a month, so it would be much more convenient for any of you who want to submit a BBS list to send it to my InterNet address using the AOL-InterNet gateway. Just type "lchang@uoft02.utoledo.edu" in the "To:" field.
- I've eliminated the 'Hours' entry. Almost every board is 24 hours excluding net mail hours. Any irregularities will be posted under Additional Info.
For contributing BBS's to this month's list, I would especially like to thank Pete Bowden, Ronald Crozier, and Brian5803 for their BBS lists.
